Decently accurate when calibrated (usually within .1-.2 mph) but sometimes loses calibration on longer runs, so I find myself occasionally recalibrating mid run which is quite easy — I don’t even need to stop running. It’s really nice to have a way to have accurate speed data on my watch when on my older treadmill at home. Setup is super easy

Set up took a minute getting the sensor set to the right height and then figuring out what to use to get the sensor stickers to stay on my treadmill’s waffled running belt surface. I ended up using a smidge of Elmer’s glue and the stickers are still there.
The Runn synced with Zwift without any issues and works about as well if not a bit better than my footpods. The Runn is more convenient since I don’t always run with the same foot gear. The Runn is always set up ready to go. So good purchase for a home treadmill.

When this works, its great. I have been getting more comfortable placing it correctly on my treadmill & calibrating it. Its battery life isn't that great - seems to need to be recharged every few runs. It is a HUGE upgrade from the running fobs I previously used on my shoes (as far as accurately measuring how fast I'm going). It (obviously) doesn't count my strides/steps, but it was often frustrating to see my speed all over the place even after just having calibrated the footpod. I like this Runn optical-sensor deal a lot! But the need for frequent recalibration as with each battery recharge is slightly annoying, thus 4/5.

Nothing sticks to the treadmill so the product is useless. Out of silver strips. Tried painters tape. Duct tape. Heavy duct tape. Flat tire patches. Nothing works.
Brutal. The foot pod was so much better than this.

I really like Runn. It is accurate and has converted my analogy trainer to a smart trainer…..that is great.
The only issue I have had is the stickers on the treadmill keep falling off and I have to add new ones. I will soon run out of the stickers they provided.
