    Solid upgrade

After becoming accustomed to di2 shifting, I was finding that I was having a harder time maintaining a steady cadence with the older Trek Madone that I was using as my indoor bike. The Zwift Ride, with its controls and electronic shifting has improved my indoor experience. Very happy with the Ride so far.

Why I cannot give 10 stars?

It is perfect (almost) I just needed to change the handlebars (personal reference, look at the pictures) other than that I recommend it. My wife loved that too, and the best part is we share the same height and everything I do not need to change anything when she is using that but if it is needed, it is very easy with the tool.

    Sturdy, easy to setup

Really happy with the ride. It was super easy to set up and get riding. The cog is much quieter than your traditional cassette. The handlebars are not great for smaller hands -- the Zwift play controllers are more ergonomic, but very happy overall

Excellent product, great ride, needs shorter cranks

I took my first ride on the Zwift Ride tonight and was really impressed by how adjustable the fit is! The biggest fault is the stock 170mm cranks, which are rapidly going out of style in favor of shorter cranks that maximize mechanical advantage for the vast majority of riders. Having such a great product that's adjustable in every other way BUT cranks is a real shame. Having crank length as a choice upon order or having cranks with multiple pedal holes would make this bike a 5-star experience.

Stable platform, some nice features but still a little work to do with the buttons and this will not accommodate oval seat rails

Bought the bike after a few rides on the Zwift kicker core. Honestly just couldn’t be bothered taking my bike on and off the trainer and didn’t want the use on my drivetrain. Bike came quickly and I get it set up in 20-30 mins max. Added some rockbros shimano style pedals from Amazon and was off. I didint bother with the tutorial- just played around with the shifting. Later watched a video on YouTube. Overall the ride is much more stable than mounting a bike to the kickr core. I like the steering feature, the shifting ease and the y button for using the in game boosts but a lot more can be done. It’s still clumsy to navigate around the menus and I wish I could assign the buttons to do what I want. For example I would just use the upper and lower shift buttons on the right lever to go up and down the ‘gears’ and would lay out the buttons in a way I find more intuitive for menu navigation and in game play. Lastly I tried to mount a modern saddle(carbon 3d) with oval rails and the seat mount will not accommodate this. I can’t remember the last time I have seen rounded seat rails so I’m stuck with this saddle for now.
