5 Star Product and CustomerService
For value for the dollar, simplicity, and usability, I think they nailed it with the Zwift Ride. I’m especially happy with how painlessly it can be adjusted between myself at 6’ (and picky about bike fit) and my wife at 5’4”. We also bought it because it is small enough that it went easily into a spare bedroom, so we didn’t have to carve out an inconvenient space for it. It is easy to assemble, stable, shifts well—all the things other reviewers have said hold up. I had to use the warranty, and Zwift’s service was spot on. My first frame had blemished paint on a rear drop out. They responded within 2 hours of emailing with a replacement frame. Then the replacement arrived damaged (by FedEx) and they remedied that just as quickly. They’ve built a good product, and they stand behind it with excellent service.

If you’re looking for an all-in-one cycling setup, look no further. This is hands down the most obvious choice. Great quality, easy to assemble, fun to use.

A ton of fun
Great value and very easy to assemble. Riders are able to hop on Zwift without the hassle of connecting and reconnecting their outdoor bike. Bike rides very smoothly and produces great power ratings similar to an outdoor bike.

The best indoor riding solution for use with Zwift
I was previously riding an old road bike on a Kickr 5 and thinking it was a pretty sweet setup. Due to time constraints, weather, etc, I ride indoors 2-3 times per week, even in the summer months. I was using the Zwift Play controllers and really liked the functionality they offered. I did like the fact that they would not stay in position and would slip down around the bars just enough to where I had to reach around the top of the bar to reach the buttons. Not a deal breaker, but annoying all the same. My road bike was really showing its wear and was not shifting as smooth as it used to. So when the Zwift Ride came out, I decided it was time for an upgrade. I was waiting for a firmware upgrade to come out for the Kickr 5 to work with the Zwift Cog. I received an email stating that firmware update would not be made available for the Kickr 5, so I immediately ordered the Zwift ride and wow I am glad I did! The unit is heavy, rock solid and attractive. I was able to dial in the fit just right and perhaps even better than my old road bike. The biggest difference came when I first started peddling and realized that I was able to push far more watts with less effort as before. Come to find out the drivetrain on the old bike was so worn out I was having to push extra hard just to turn the cranks. Another item of note is in the handlebar mounted play controllers - huge difference. It is so much easier to reach the buttons which will never shift position since they are part of the…

Best Value Indoor Option Yet
It's the best and easiest trainer setup I've had to date. I no longer have to remove my bike to go for a ride or mess with my chain constantly. Also, the Zwift cog provides the most seamless shifting and wattage tracking I've ever had. Finally, the bike's adjustability makes getting into the best riding position as easy as turning the wrench.
