It works great and is a must have for anyone using a tablet, phone, etc. on the Zwift Ride. My wish is that it came with the bike as it is really a necessary component. I get some may not use it and it costs money to make but I think it could be a much smaller "add on" instead of $50. But I love it and can't imagine not having it now that I've started using it. Seemless integration with the bike.

Easy viewing
In the past I used a tablet stand with my trainer. The Zwift tablet holder puts the tablet closer for viewing and for reaching the touch screen. Easier to attach and remove the tablet.
