Purchased this set up a few weeks ago using FSA/HSA funds. Very easy to do. The trainer arrived a few days later. Assembly and set up was very easy. I have since done plenty of group rides and races. The trainer has performed very well. So far, I am very happy with the purchase.

Upgraded from a spin bike to a smart trainer for Zwift. Best move I’ve made for indoor training.
The kickr core 2 with cog and click was easy to setup and get going. The click takes a little time to find your preferred position and learning the buttons if you rotate them for your preferred shifting position.
The core reacts to elevation and shift quickly and smooth. It’s a game changer.

I bought my first KICKR in 2016. It was great, but I wanted to not take my bike on and off. So I bought an old schwinn and this new KICKR. Works great. You really can put almost any bike on it and boom, it's ready to go. It's so quiet. It shifts smoothly. (The shifting takes getting used to...you know, cause you're used to using your bike's shifting levers.) My one "complaint?" My old KICKER had a handle, so you could easily lift it and your bike to move it out of the way. This one doesn't have a handle, so it's harder to move around.

I am to the point in my cycling journey where I only buy something when I need it. I am a category 1 cyclist. I recently had my direct drive trainer go out and was in the market for a new one. My wife encouraged me to try a smart trainer so I did. Boy was she right! With everything the Kickr Core 2 comes with and all the features it offers, it can’t be beat. So if you’re thinking of trying a smart trainer or need an upgrade, purchase this product.
