    Excellent product, great ride, needs shorter cranks

    I took my first ride on the Zwift Ride tonight and was really impressed by how adjustable the fit is! The biggest fault is the stock 170mm cranks, which are rapidly going out of style in favor of shorter cranks that maximize mechanical advantage for the vast majority of riders. Having such a great product that's adjustable in every other way BUT cranks is a real shame. Having crank length as a choice upon order or having cranks with multiple pedal holes would make this bike a 5-star experience.

    The ultimate platform upgrade

    My 1994 Eddy Merckx has been a faithful training partner since I started with Z in 2016. I used a wheel on trainer until Zwift Hub was released and one year later I bought the Ride. I love my Merckx but the Ride is so much smoother, so quiet and noticeably more mechanically efficient. This is the setup you need if you really want to take advantage of the Z ecosystem. I am still in a dusty corner of my basement, but I'm enjoying Z so much more.

    Amazing ride

    Why did I wait so long? I love this bike and how quiet it is. It was delivered in a week and the boxing was impressive. I love the start-up videos; they were easy to follow and set up the bike. I have some questions and received fast answers from the Zwift team.

    It is so smooth and the game features are fun and easy to use. It is a great upgrade and makes indoor riding so fun!

    The Zwift Ride Smart Frame is a Game Changer

    From unboxing to setup this is a well-thought-out product. I love the adjustability and built-in hex key. The included saddle was very comfortable and open cage drop-in water bottle holders are a nice touch. It is very solid and well-built so you don’t have to sweat all over and wear out your expensive carbon frame. As a longtime Zwifter, I can highly recommend it.

    Really impressed!

    So far so good. Connected the Ride smart frame to my Wahoo Kickr and A/V setup with no issues. Good to have a dedicated "indoor bike" instead of one of my $$$ rides. Loved being able to dial in my fit to such a granular level. LOVE MY LITTLE WRENCH.

    7-8 rides in, the Ride seamlessly connects into Zwift (obv), but also works well in my TrainerRoad workouts. I actually like the weight of the steel frame, feels a lot more stable than a bike on my trainer. And controls on the bars are freaking awesome.

    Only gripe are the USB cables for the controllers - too messy and too short. Would've liked either BT or internal routing to the front "leg" with maybe a single connector out to power.

Smart Trainer Compatibility

Zwift Ride Smart Frame is compatible with any Zwift Ready smart trainer and most Zwift Cog Compatible trainers. We will keep this list updated as more trainers come on board.

The Zwift Ride Smart Frame is not compatible with Tacx trainers and Wahoo KICKR v5 or earlier models due to hardware and firmware limitations.
