Bought this a couple of weeks ago. There was no problem connecting with the Zwift app. I do walk rather than run and I find that the in game speed is generally about 0.5 MPH slower than what the treadmill shows.
It doesn't say you have to remove the battery after each use, but I find if I don't the battery is dead, even after 3 or 4 days. The runpod is on my gym shoes, and those sit in my backpack on a shelf, so they aren't moving anywhere and there is no Bluetooth connection showing up on my phone.

My trusty Garmin footpod gave out after a decade on the road. The zwift footpod was half the price of my old Garmin fits well on the shoe and was tracking outside and on the treadmill as I had hoped. Thanks for having an alternative that showed up on time and as promised
