    Very sturdy mat

    I like the training mat. I thought it would be identical to a rowing machine mat but it's a lot sturdier which is great if you want to move the bike by sliding the mat

    Great Mat

    These mats are the perfect size, thickness and resilience. I accidentally parked my car on it overnight and after rolling off of it, there was my tire tread impression in it. When. Came home hours later, it was perfectly fine.
